Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union member states

  • Other countries where shipping options are available at checkout

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, carriers, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Typical delivery times (after dispatch):

  • EU: 2–7 business days

  • International: varies by destination


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and size of the order

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Group Buys and Pre-Orders

Products sold as group buys or pre-orders have extended fulfillment timelines, which are clearly indicated on the product page.

Estimated shipping dates for these products are not guaranteed and may change due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing delays, supplier issues, or logistics disruptions.

Group buy and pre-order items will be shipped only once they arrive at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated.

If your order contains both in-stock items and group buy or pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless separate shipping is selected or arranged.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item(s).

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.


9. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after dispatch.
